Rules & Regulations of the club

There are certain rules and regulations that are to be followed by the participants which are listed below:

  • All the participants should enter the hall at 7:50 a.m. so that coordinator can start the session on time.
  • Every participant is requested not to use the resources of the library (books, computers).
  • Participants must not go to the area of computers. Participants are requested to enter the hall after entering the library. One should take the permission of coordinator to enter that area only in the case of urgency.
  • During sessions everyone should switch off their mobiles or put them in silence mode.
  • Frequently in and out of the hall during the sessions is strictly prohibited. It can be considered in case of urgency and logistic management.
  • Side talking is not allowed during the sessions.
  • While someone is speaking in front of the floor, others are not allowed to speak interrupting the speakers.
  • During Q/A session participants are requested to raise their hand before asking the questions. One participant can ask only one question at a time. Participants are also suggested not to give suggestions to the speaker and put their ideas, views. etc. in Q/A session,
  • Participants are requested to keep the chairs in same place as before while going out of the hall.
  • If any role takers cannot attend the session then he/she should replace his/her role to someone else by himself/herself and should inform the coordinator or the board members.
